Kasibeyaz, bearing the characteristics of traditional Turkish Cuisine, achieved to gain more contemporary look with architectural details having a feel of 21st Century. Special designs, used all over the restaurant, draw attention in the space designed by Eren Yorulmazer in a line combining the beauty of Istanbul Bhosporus, history and today. Within the designs where the color "Turquoise" bursts into prominence, modernization and application of Çintemani Design (a Turkish ceramic design) on metal make the guests feel the atmosphere of a palace.
In this space where the Ottoman motives are mostly used, each of the lighting equipment has chrome coating on sheet copper, is handmade and specially designed for this space. In this restaurant, massive and nonporous structured materials are used in coating. These materials do not host any bacteria and colors do not fade; and they are non-scratch and inflammable as well.
On the floor of the space where the color white dominates, snow-white of the white and marbles taking their whiteness from tiny crystal flakes stand out.
